Peppermint Tea Cupcakes

1 box vanilla cupcakes
1 small container cream cheese icing
A package of mini peppermint candy canes
One third of peppermint tea
Small bag of almonds

Spray cupcake pan or use liners. Bowl,vanilla cupcake mix,tea,.Then we bake. Add nuts to creame cheese icing. Frost. Then stick in mini peppermint canes.

Southern Tea Chicken

A package of four chicken breasts
1 cup of chicken stock
1 gravy packet
1 small bag of pecans
1 onion
Salt and pepper
Half cup of tea

Foil and pan. 350 degree oven. Salt and pepper with onion. Bake but as it cooks. In pot. You need make the gravy with packet,tea,chicken stock. Then add pecans crushed in the gravy.

Green Tea Collard Greens

A can of collards
Half cup of green tea
Small bag of pistachio
Tea spoon of sugar
Pinch of old bay seasoning

Heat and go. Heat collars.option a third tsp of olive oil. Add green tea. Add some sugar. Then crushed nuts.

Holiday Fruit Mix


1 can of fruit cocktail drained
1 bag of pecans
1 cup of mini marshmallows

Combine the can with pecans. Add marshmallows.


Greenbeans and peas

1 can of green beans
1 can peas
Splash of lemon juice
1 pat of butter

Combine green peas and peas. A splash of lemon juice. Then add pat of butter with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

stuffing

Box stuffing
A bag of cranberries
1 bag of pecans
One fourth of cup of orange juice

Box. Pour in orange juice. Add cranberries and pecans.

Holiday Ham

Pan
Ham
Honey
Pineapple juice


Pan. Oven 325. Pour pineapple juice. Cook for 40 minutes. Mix pineapple juice with honey. Pour oven ham. Cook for ten minutes.

Coupon Cutter

Cranberry,ode to it in collard greens.

1 can collard greens
1 small onion
Half cup of cranberries
Splash of red wine vinegar..
A pinch of sugar
Half tsp..salt and pepper

Easy. Warm collard greens. Then add sugar. Add onion. Red wine vinegar. Sprinkle with cranberries

Bacon cranberry cup

A little fancy but it is the holiday. So mini cups of bacon and cranberries.

4 slices of bacon.
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 can of biscuit
1 cup of cranberries
1 box of small corn bread mix

Spray the pan. Then make the cup by pressing the biscuit dough in mini cup doughs. Cook for five minutes.

In the bowl, corn mix,milk,egg, cranberries

In the pan,cook the bacon.Drain. Crumble.

Add to the bowl.

Teaspoon,add mixture in biscuit cups. Then bake for ten minutes.

cheese pizza

Dough. Cheese and fruits,kept simple

1 precook dough
1 cup Alfredo sauce
1 block Brie
2 pears
1 cup cheddar
1 onion

Pizza. Add sauce.cheddar and onion. Pears on top cook. Bake 325 until cheese melts. Then sprinkle Brie on top.

Pork chops

happy holiday with pork,diet aside for the day.


Pork chops
A small bag pecans
1 stick butter
1 Tsp grill seasoning

Hot pan. Half stick. Season well. Cook each side. Then finish in oven with peppers. In the pan with juices add butter and pecans to pour over meat. Total time an hour. Oven 325.

1 box of chocolate cake mix
1 bag of mini Resse Chocolates
1 container chocolate buttercream

Bake.Frost. Add a mini Reese Cup.

Beans

1 cup black beans cook
1 onion
1 red pepper
1/3 cup of Alfredo sauce
8 slices of bread

Bread. Lightly toast. Alfredo sauce. Peppers and onion with black beans.

Fish

4 slices bake fish in lemon juice onion
4 slices cooked ham
One third cup mayo with splash lemon
2 cups of coleslaw
8 slices of bread

Assemble.  Toast bread lightly. Mayo.fish.Add ham and coleslaw on top.




Peanutbutter

8 slices bread
4 chicken breast cooked
8 slices of bacon.
1 onion


Bread.Toast lightly. Spread peanutbutter. Cook bacon and onion together.Drain. Then add to sand which.

Mix the cup cake mix with nuts. Ice with chocolate.

Nutty Fish

4 slices of cat fish
1 lemon
1 cup of crush macadamia nuts
1 white sauce
1 stick of butter

Spray pan. Cat fish. Squeeze half lemon. Sprinkle lemon pepper.  Bake 25 minutes covered. Toast nuts in oven for a few minutes.  Melted butter and sprinkle nuts.

Pasta

1 can of sweet potatoes
1 box of pasta
1 jar of a white sauce
1 bag of peanuts

Really easy night. We cook pasta for 15 minuets. Then we add sweet potatoes,white sauce and peanuts.


Pecan chicken

1 pack of chicken thighs
1 cup of pecan crushed, 1cup bread crumbs mix
Half cup of honey
1 egg white
1 cup milk
2 Tsp old bay seasoning

Salt and pepper milk and eggs. Then we dip in egg mixture. Then honey. We dip into bread pecans. Sprinkle with old bay.bake for 45 minutes on 325. Make sure you spray the pan.

Thanksgiving

Fast thanksgiving

1 package of turkey breasts
1 package of bacon
1 poultry seasoning
Butter spray
1 box of mash potatoes
1 cream cheese
1 block of white cheddar
1 box of stuffing
1 medium bag of peanuts

1 small container of honey
1 container of butter
Store brought Pumkin muffins
One container chocolate frosting
Can of sweet potatoe

Pumkin muffins
Store brought Pumkin muffins. Take frosting and add one third of can sweet potatoe.

Turkey
Heat to 400 degrees. Season 1 Tsp salt and pepper.Wrap in bacon. Cook one hour in spray pan with a bit of water on 325 degrees.

Mash
One cup of milk.Half stick of butter. Add cream cheese and cheddar.Then add potatoes.


Carrots
One pan. Half stick of butter. Add carrots.Slighlt soften.Then add honey.

Add extra sugar to the end of corn bread mix. Bake in cupcake pan. Then cool and ice. Drizzle honey on cupcake. Then add gummy worm.

Pan hot. lightly salt and pepper and flour liver. Stick of butter with cap full of oil. Then we brown one onion. We set aside. Then brown and cook liver. Add a sick of butter to 3 Tsp of flour. Then we make gravy chicken stock. Add liver and cook for 30 minutes. Add cook rice.

Day Two
Bread. Lightly toast. Add cheese and grapes.

Day Three
Cook Pasta. Add tomatoes. And chopped scallions

Soak your black eyes peas overnight. Then with a can of chicken broth with thyme cook simmer for a hour.  We take can black beans and mixed black eye peas with a small onion and a tomato.

Day Two
Spinach in the can with a pinch of nutmeg. Add kale for a few minutes in the oven on top.

Day Three
Salt and pepper in a pan for hour for a small chicken. Wild rice. Then bake for two minutes with lemon pepper and oil fish. Slice of chicken with fish and wild rice with an onion and cucumber with your favorite dressing.

Heat can of chili with the beans. Then add the corn. Place in the taco shell.

Day Two
Heat the can of Pumkin. Add the yellow rice cooked about one cup. Then we add the mixture to the pasta. You may need half of can of chicken broth to thin it out.

Day Three
A simple sandwhich of nutella. Dip in egg batter of two eggs, cinnamon. Then fry in a stick of butter.
Add a side of simple green beans with a pat of butter and a bag of peanuts.

Day One
Take black beans and kidney beans combine in a pot of beef broth with a pinch of salt an pepper.
Then cook some turkey bacon. Add to taco shell.

Day Two
Take chick peas drain the can. Then add half of can with water. Add salt 2 Tsp. Then pasta. Drain most of the water. Add chick peas.

Day Three
Take your bake beans. Blend with an onion and beef broth. Then we pour over a drum sticks in sprayed pan. Bake for a hour on 350 degrees covered.

A box cake mix with fruit cocktail. Add simple keylime flavored cake frostin.

Keylime frosting container

Line your pans with cupcake liners. Then we mix vanilla cake mix with a squeeze of key lime. Then add a pinch of salt to the batter. As it is baking, separate your key lime frosting. Add a cup of fruit cocktail. Take cupcakes out of oven. Then fill wiith fruit.  Ice with key lime frosting.

Lemon cupcake with lime buttercream with a sprite filling...

One box vanilla cake mix
vanilla cake icing
1 bottle of Sprite
one lemon
one bottle of lime

So we add a squeeze of lemon to cake mix and bake. Then we separate our cake icing. We add 2 Tsp of Sprite to one batch. Then 2 Tsp of lime to the other one...We fill with sprite filling. Then ice with
the lime one.

The Grocery Store

hot sauce
2 red peppers
cayenne pepper
red pepper flakes
grits
pasta
a can of tuna
a can of salmon
ground turkey
eggs
cheddar cheese
tomato sauce
mayo
bread crumbs
alfredo sauce





Day One...Pasta cook for ten minutes. Then we add tomato sauce with cook grits for five minute. Then melt cheese into pot.

Day Two....A can of tuna...2 Tsp of mayo. Add the crunch of a one of fourth of red pepper. Sanwhich.

Day Three....Ground turkey meets salmon. Add both together with an egg. Then add the red peppers with a shake of hot sauce. Then a pinch of cayenne pepper. Bread crumbs, half cup. Then we bake for the 35 minutes in covered foil. Serve with warm alfredo sauce.

We are going to bake a yellow cake mix in cupcakes with the flavors of peanut butter and bananas...
too yummy in the summer

Yellow cake mix
2 cups of peanut butter
1 container of vanilla cake frosting
1 banana diced

So..you bake the cake. Add the peanutbutter to the vanilla cake frosting. You may need a little bit of milk for it to work. Then take a third of frosting and add the fruit. Fill your cupcakes. Then use the rest to frost the top.

Yam

Yam with pineapples is a great combination. The pineapples lightens the flavor of the yam which pretty heavy for the summer which we normally do not see much until late October. It is a filling and fast way for dinner when too hot to do it.

1 can of jams
1 can of pineapples
1 can of chicken broth broth
peanuts are optinal

There is a pot with the can of chicken broth. Drain most of the yam can but reserve a one fifth of the juice. Add your pinapples after warm up the yams in the chicken broth. Then add the crunch of peanuts. Half of pinch of salt and pepper rounds off the flavors.

Wrap on pan with foil..after poking a few wholes in the potatoe. Then we cook a scrambled egg.

Take a simple vanilla cake mix box with fruit cocktail. We use the syrup from the can to flavor the batter. Then we fill these cupcake with the contents of fruit from the can.
The top just use plain lemon cake icing.Very great for a hot summer day.

Salad

Sunday go type salad.

Jiffy corn bread on the side.

Corn with cucumbers. Then add a simple onion. Olives round off all flavors with a drizzle of olive oil. It light and refreshing especially here in August. Too hot to cook. Make it quick.

1 can of corn
half of cucumber diced
1 small onion diced
1 drizzle of olive oil
splash white wine vinegar
1 box of jiffy corn bread mix

Grocery List

A bag of Rice
A bag of hash brown
A box of elbow pasta
A package ground beef
taco packet
taco shells
A can of black beans
1 red pepper
1 can tomato
1 can of corn
1 eggs
waffles

From your grocery list, you take ground beef and pasta. Then add the taco packet with black beans in a taco. The next day we add corn with the fun of the hash brown. For a quick mid week meal, you only add the can of tomato with the fried egg on top with the waffles.

Burger

So turkey burger time. A turkey burger with corn and cheese mayo.

A container of turkey ground
1 Tsp of lemon pepper
1 can of corn drained
1 cup of mayo
3 Tsp of melted cheese dip

Heat pan. Mix turkey ground with lemon pepper. Make patties. Then assemble.
Mix the cheese with mayo. Bread. Cheese Mayo. Then we add patties with corn.

Breakfast for Dinner

Eggs with Fried Green tomato. Then we are off summer fun.

4 eggs
4 fried green tomatoes
Egg plant blended with olive oil and lemon juice

Simple toasted bread with egg that is scrambled with fried green tomatoes. Spread the egg plant mixture on other bread.

Bowl. Salad. Cheese. Pears. Then add the freshness of pears.

Soup

Fast Meal with soup and herbs...A quick  tomato sandwhich.

So....

1 large can of soup
half tsp of milk
3 mint leaves
8 lettuce leaves
4 slices of tomato
8 cherry tomtatoes
spaghetti sauce
half onion

So..you wll heat the soup. Add the milk. Then add the mint at the last minute. Drop in your cherry tomatoes in the soup.

Bread. Toast lightly. Spahgetti sauce on bread. Onion. Then tomtoes.

Cupcake

Too hot to bake. So use the box and no one will know. A quick and easy dessert. Use the mini pans and save even more time on your cupcakes.

Cupcake Mix
1 tsp of gingerale drink
2 Tsp of Sprite
half tsp of lemon extract
1 shake of white pepper
1 container of vanilla cake icing

Preheat oven. Add a shake of white pepper with gingerale drink. Then finsh your mix with the lemon extract. Bake. Add Sprite to your vanilla cake icing.

Burger

A great burger for the weekend is great for a movie and milkshake. If you can wait until the weekend.
Summer time easy, you will be out of the kitchen in no time.

1 package of ground turkey
1 Tsp of season salt
1 cup of hollandaise sauce
third cup of almonds
combine...1 tsp of honey to 2 pineapple rings from the can
2 Tsp of olive oil...

In the bowl, we combine ground turkey to season salt. We cook for 25 minutes. Then we add sauce
on bread with the crunch of almonds on the botton. Then on top...add your honey and pineapples.
Lettuce is optional.

Float...your milk shake with a pepsi or coke

Spaghetti

Less than a hour, we have a great meal.

1 box of spaghetti noddles
half of yellow pepper
half of small onion
2 cups of white sauce
1 container of ground turkey
2 Tsp of lemon pepper
half container of pineapples
A small bag shrimp salad
1 Tsp of olive oil

So we cook the pasta for five minutes. Then we pour off the water. Reserve some of it for later.
Then we brown our ground turkey. In another pan, we cook our yellow peper and onion. Then we
add the shrimps for two minutes.

In a pot, warm your white sauce. Add all your cook items to it. Then we add pineapples and season with lemon pepper.

Herb bread on the side...

Pineapple Tuna Fish

A quick lunch idea with a twist on a old classic.

1 can of tuna fish
half can of pineapples
1 tsp of lemon pepper
a squeeze of lemon juice
half of tsp of olive oil
half of a small container of ranch chip dressing

So a bowl will do. In the bowl, we have the tuna fish and olive oil. Then we add a squeeze of lemon juice. The ranch dressing is next. After ward, we season with the lemon pepper. Finally, add your pineapples.

On crackers or bread, enjoy.

Cupcake

Easy cupcake that combines Cakes with pie.

1 box of vanilla cake mix
1 wedge of lemon pie
1 box of lemon drops candies
1 container vanilla cake icing

Bake cupcakes according to the box. With a very slow beater, combine cake icing with lemon pie filling. Ice . Then add lemon drop candies.


Noddle Rice

A bowl of a rice that is satisfying on its own. It only takes a moment. Too hot to be in the kitchen forever. This recipe is summer ready.

2 cups of cooked rice
A splash of white wine
Half cup of chicken stock
1 package of cooked ramen noddles


So we mix rice with wine,chicken stock to warm. Then add your roman noddles....without the flavor packet.

Sardine Salad

Balance is the key for a sardine salad. The strong flavor is lighten with a freshness of simple lettuce.

1 can of sardines..flour and fry a minute in oil
1 bag of romaine salad
One third cup of cherry tomatoes
One fourth cup of Italian dressing

Simple summer meal. Lettuce. Tomatoes. Dressing. Then add the crunch of the sardines.

Stuffed potato

A stuff potato is an easy meal for summer time with the touch of the sea.

4 baked potatoes
2 cups of cooked shrimp
1 cup of thin herb mash potatoes
A splash of lemon juice

Salsa Meatloaf

Salsa meat loaf...is refreshing for a heavy concept but great for the middle of the week.

1 jar of salsa
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 banana
1 onion
1 stick butter
1 ground beef
1 egg
1 cup of bread crumbs
A pinch of lemon pepper

Then we need a pan and foil. Stick of butter for diced yellow pepper and onion. Add to ground turkey. Then add a egg. Add bread crumbs. A pinch of lemon pepper. Make a loaf. Then bake for hr on 350. Add room temperature salsa mixed with red pepper. Then sprinkled diced banana...

Noddles

A colorful summer bowl using a package of chicken dry noddles. Add a touch of summer with a vegetable and fruit.

1 Noddles
Half of a squash diced
One fourth of a diced peach
Half of A yellow pepper
Pinch of salt and butter
Pat of butter


Real Quick. Cook the squash in a pat of butter with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Then you should cook the noddles. Add the peaches and yellow pepper.

Fruit coleslaw


Slaw with fruit. A twist on the classic. A easy dinner today and a better lunch the next week.

1 bag of slaw
1 can of fruit cocktail
1 cole slaw starter
1 bag of honey nuts

Easy. 1 bag of slaw. Then add cole slaw starter. Drain the can. Add half of the can of mixed fruit. Nuts before you serve.

Pulled pork

A southern classic. A 4th July tradion for me and my son. Moist meat with a rich vinegar sauce. A yummy moment that make great left overs.

1 small Boston butt
1 bottle of white vinegar
1 cola
2 cups grill seasoning
BBQ sauce

Pour vinegar and soda on the meat. Then season meat. 275 degree oven covered foil. 8 hours.

Carrot Slaw


A bag of carrots. Then add lemon juice with a bit of mayo. Add the crunch of raisins.

1 bag of shredded carrots
A couple drops of lemon juice
1 cup of mayo
2 cups of raisins

A bowl. Dump in carrots. Add mayo. Then your lemon juice. Last add your raisins. A classic recipe.

Curry Fries


Make life easier. A bag fries seasoned with curry salt. Another alternative from the bake potato.

A bag of fries
Half cup of curry salt
A pan of vegetable oil

Simple operation. Fry the fries once for a second. Then fry again until done. Drain oil. Sprinkle curry salt.

Honey spice chicken

If you want something different from the 4 th, this is the recipe. Fried five spice chicken drizzled with honey and toasted sesame seeds.

2 cups of flour
2 Tsp of five spice
1 pan of oil
1/3 cup of sesame seeds
3 Tsp of honey

So heat pan of oil. Season chicken with five spice. Then cook ten to five minutes per side. Drain. Toast sesame seeds for a couple seconds.
Then drizzle with honey and sprinkle sesame seeds.

Pizza Sandwhich

A fun and easy workday meal especially for kids both young and old. Cheese melt that taste like pizza delivered to your table with a chill tomato soup.

8 slices of bread
4 slices of cooked bacon
1/4 cup of tomato sauce
1/4 diced small onion
1 small package of pepperoni
8 slices of bacon
Half stick butter

Warm oven. Foil. Cook bacon. Bread. Sauce. Topping. Cheese. Cook for ten minutes in a 400 degree oven.

Fish


Fish wrapped in bacon with peppers. Everything taste better with bacon.

 4 slices of catfish
4 slices of bacon
1 tablespoon of lemon pepper
2 lemons sliced thin
1 onion sliced thin
2 tsp of oil

Foil packets. Oil fish. Season with lemon pepper. Wrap with bacon. Then add lemon and onion in the packet. 325 but preheat at 400 to 500 for a few minutes. Cook for 25 minutes.

Peachy Pasta

Fruit is a refreshing ending to a long day. Pasta gets a twist with diced peaches.

1 box of pasta
1 can of chicken broth
4 slices of bacon
2 small peaches
1 can of tomato sauce
1 yellow pepper
2 Tsp of salt

Cook bacon and drain. Then to water. Add half can of chicken broth. Cook pasta in it with salt. Drain. Tomato sauce with can of chicken broth. Add pasta with pepper. Add peaches. Crumble your bacon on top.

Meatloaf Night


A package of ground beef transforms into meatloaf wrapped in bacon and topped with a white sauce mash potato. Great for dinner and a Sandwhich with cheese the next day.

1 package of ground beef
Half package of bacon
Lipton mushroom soup mix
1 green pepper 
1 onion
1 egg
6 white button mushrooms
Half of cap of vegetable oil
1 small package of mash potato
1 package of white sauce


Set oven 325. Bowl the ground beef, Lipton mushroom soup, diced green pepper,onion with diced mushroom. Add egg. Add oil. Form loaf. Layer the loaf with bacon. Bake for a hour. Make thin potato and white sauce mixture. Add over the loaf. Bake for a few minutes.

Chicken Honey

A pack of chicken thighs is wrapped with a bacon. Then glazed everything with honey and bbq sauce. Great for an evening meal.

1 pack of thighs
1 pack of turkey bacon
1 bottle bbq sauce
1 cup of honey
2 Tsp of old bay seasoning

Chocolate Love

Grab chocolate Icecream. Then add a pinch of chilli powder. A couple slices of crispy bacon. An interesting ending to a meal.

1 Mini cupcake pan
1 vanilla package of cake mix
1 tsp vanilla extract for cake
1/2 cup of cola, 1 container of vanilla cake icing, fourth cup of vanilla ice cream to frosting..mix all three

The Sunday Go

So...the burger is transformed..,,to a southern treat, A simple burger with tsp of thyme. Then add mayo with peach juice. Add honey glazed turkey bacon. A salad of watermelon tops your burger.
A little different than the chicken, collard greens, corn bread and peach pie.

4 turkey burger packages
1 tsp of thyme
1 cup of mayo
2 tsp of peach juice from can
1 tsp of honey
4 slices of turkey bacon
2 cups of a bag of salad
1/4 cup diced watermelon

Chicken Salad

A brought chicken is shredded. Then add coleslaw starter instead of mayo. A small container of olives. Then half of rib of celery. Then brightness of tangerines adds some color to the week.

Pizza Salad

Too hot here in Georgia for the stove. Keep it simple. A bag of salad. A simple package of pepperoni. Some onions. Then add shredded mozzarella. Top off with ranch dressing.

Tuna Fish

So a can of tuna fish can be transformed in a million ways. So....tuna fish with diced of apples and olives. Then a little Apple jelly on the bread.

1 can of tuna
1/4 cup coleslaw starter
1/4 cup of olives
1 Apple diced splash of lemon juice
1/2 cup of apple jelly
8 slices of bread

Slightly toast of bread. Set aside. In a bowl,mix tuna fish,olives.apples with coleslaw starter.  Apple jelly on bread. Then tuna fish.

Prepare the Mac and cheese. Add cheese dip on bread. Mealtime cream cheese in a pt with milk and butter.

Southern Sandwhich

So..summertime is fun time. A quick meal is needed. A herb French toast. Then collard green mayo. Fried chicken with red tomatoes. A salad of red wine vineyards,collard greens,onions with red tomato.

First French toast
8 slices of bread
Tsp of herb in the egg
1 stick of butter
Tsp of nutmeg
Tsp of cinnamon..

Heat butter.Place beaten eggs with milk and herbs with nutmeg and cinnamon. Dip bread in mixture. Then you need to cook on both sides.

4 pieces of cat fish
1 cup flour
1 cup meal
2 yellow peppers
1 onion
1/4 cup of thousand island dressing
1/2 cup salad shrimps
1/2 stick butter
Pan of oil
8 slices of bread

Heat oil. Cook chopped onions and peppers. Set aside. Then add flour and meal. Put on fish.  Fry fish. Blend shrimp with thousand island dressing. Toast bread. Assemble. Spread thousand island shrimp on bread. Add peppers and onion. Then add fish..

Then a great night with fries and coleslaw.

Hotdog with can of spaghetti and small onion. Take hot dog boil. Then add onion to the can with a pinch of chilli powder. Add spaghetti on each side of the bun or bread.

stretcher week..so I took sussage out the package with pasta. I added a can tomato sauce with two cups of water with chilli package which has a bbq twist. I added a tap creole seasoning at the end. Then add garlic butter in each bowl..a pat in the center.

So take chickn dip in flour and egg...then dip in flour. Fry this chicken. If you are on diet, this is not for you today. You can always use this step without frying you are. For me, not this week. Very little dieting. Two eggs and boil. Then dice all your peppers and onion. Cook for a few minutes in butter. Take your tortilla in the oven. Then assemble. Vegetables with chicken in strips. Egg on top.

Happy Waffles Day!

Okay, I took them out the box. Then I added half box of pudding to a third of a cup of icing, I had in the fridge. A bag of peanuts was added...Nacho cheese, you might as well keep it fun and festival was added to scrambled eggs. I had some fried chicken because I am a southerner that way. I had some fruit , pineapples but it never made the plate.

Lentils Part II

Love,love lentils. Lentils...Just enough water to cover them...2 to 1, ratio. Add chilli powder, about 2 Tsp and creole seasoning. Use mushrooms, can of corn to the mix with a jar of salsa.

Spaghetti Sandwhich

Boil a box of pasta for ten minutes. Use the ease of can tomato sauce. Add a dash of hot sauce. Then cut up a small red pepper. Add a pinch of fresh or dried oregano. A small can of mushrooms is the last addition to this recipe.

Take cheese and spread on toasted bread...Add your pasta...

Soup

A great time for lentils as the threat of snow linger in the air this weekend. Soup pot,anyone? So, lentils with bacon and onion. Slow cook for a few hours enriched by a beef broth, 1 big can, in fact. At the last 30 minutes. Add the juice of one can of black beans with half cup of chocolate with a pinch of chilli powder. Stay warm and enjoy.

So it is the peanut butter sandwhic which is a great staple in your pantry. So 3 Tsp of peanut butter for every 2 slices of bread. Add crushed chocolate nuts on your sandwhich for something a bit different.

Chez McDonald's

I actuatally did this idea on twitter. The kids, actually did it, by holding up their bag on V Day. Welcome to McDonld's. So mac  and cheese with white wine on your burger .....using salsa on your burger.....using a mayo with champagne on your burger....dips with wine.. dips with red wine and bbq sauce with your chicken nuggets..enjoy....cookies in your milk shake

Chocolate Chip Cookies Sandwhich

1 package of chocolate chip cookies. I buy mine which taste like that little place at the mall from Family Dollars. No joke. You take snicker icecream and put between two cookies. Yummy.

Soup and Taco

We do not have time but this is what I grew up on but it is now remixed in a taco. Ground beef, a small package. One can of a,b,c soup, a large. You mix together after brown with salt and pepper, a pinch. Then you drain your meat. Add the soup. You then add a simple taco package to the mixture.
You can add a small onion as well...Place in a taco shell with your favorite cheese or whatever it is on sale.

Chicken in the Can

You need a box of pasta, one third bottle of ranch, and a bag of coleslaw with fourth cup of parm.
Boil the pasta. Add the ranch with coleslaw. Then finsh it with parm. I added lemon pepper flavored, a pinch of lemon peppers on pears but that is optional. With your chicken in can...

Brownies out of the package. With icecream on top. Chopped snicker bar on top for a dessert for the week.

Chilli powder with flour...heated in a pot of oil...fry ....then drizzle hotsauce on top....

boil the hotdog and then fry in a few minutes in butter.  a package of sussage with a can of chilli sauce is on top of the hotdog with fried onion rings out of the package.

chilli spaghetti

A pack of chilli with pasta with a can of tomato sauce. You are off to a great start for sunday. You can crumble bacon on top.
