The sundaygo...salsa fish

Here is a drink .....Fish baked for 20 minutes in a 325 degrees in foil packets. Great for any summer afternoon.


4 slices of catfish
Half cup of tomato soup
A jar of salsa
A splash lemon juice
Tsp of red wine
Foil
