A pack of boneless chicken breast
two eggs
4 tortilla
1 can of tomato
1 pat of butter
half red and green pepper
one third of small onion
a pan of oil
2 cups of flour
1 egg for dip
So take chickn dip in flour and egg...then dip in flour. Fry this chicken. If you are on diet, this is not for you today. You can always use this step without frying you are. For me, not this week. Very little dieting. Two eggs and boil. Then dice all your peppers and onion. Cook for a few minutes in butter. Take your tortilla in the oven. Then assemble. Vegetables with chicken in strips. Egg on top.
