Sunday go type salad.
Jiffy corn bread on the side.
Corn with cucumbers. Then add a simple onion. Olives round off all flavors with a drizzle of olive oil. It light and refreshing especially here in August. Too hot to cook. Make it quick.
1 can of corn
half of cucumber diced
1 small onion diced
1 drizzle of olive oil
splash white wine vinegar
1 box of jiffy corn bread mix
