The Grocery Store

hot sauce
2 red peppers
cayenne pepper
red pepper flakes
grits
pasta
a can of tuna
a can of salmon
ground turkey
eggs
cheddar cheese
tomato sauce
mayo
bread crumbs
alfredo sauce





Day One...Pasta cook for ten minutes. Then we add tomato sauce with cook grits for five minute. Then melt cheese into pot.

Day Two....A can of tuna...2 Tsp of mayo. Add the crunch of a one of fourth of red pepper. Sanwhich.

Day Three....Ground turkey meets salmon. Add both together with an egg. Then add the red peppers with a shake of hot sauce. Then a pinch of cayenne pepper. Bread crumbs, half cup. Then we bake for the 35 minutes in covered foil. Serve with warm alfredo sauce.
