Yam

Yam with pineapples is a great combination. The pineapples lightens the flavor of the yam which pretty heavy for the summer which we normally do not see much until late October. It is a filling and fast way for dinner when too hot to do it.

1 can of jams
1 can of pineapples
1 can of chicken broth broth
peanuts are optinal

There is a pot with the can of chicken broth. Drain most of the yam can but reserve a one fifth of the juice. Add your pinapples after warm up the yams in the chicken broth. Then add the crunch of peanuts. Half of pinch of salt and pepper rounds off the flavors.
