The Sandwhich

A great summer chill day recipe. Sweet peas purée. Then use sweet peas with a slice cheese and the crunch of French onion on thick bread.

8 slices of bread
1 cup sweet pea purée
4 slices of bread
Half can if sweet peas drained
8 French onion rings
4 slices of cheddar cheese
