Carrot Taco

Taco shells. Carrot with one cup shredded. Half cup carrots diced. Two cups of  chicken breast. Two Tsp of honey mustard. One half on in. Serve on warm taco shells. Then add honey nuts.

Squash Casserol

Healthy and Different

1 Pack of Tacoes
3 squash
1 yellow pepper
1 stick butter
1 onion
1 pack of ground turkey
Half a bag of cheddar

Salt and Pepper
A pan. Salt and pepper. Cook 25 minutes..brown ground turkey.

In the Pan
Stick of butter. Cut vegetables. Then cook in pan for about 10 minutes.

Then warm Tacoes.

Assemble
Turkey with vegetables. Then add cheese.

Chocolate Salad

1 lettuce
2 cups cherry tomatoes
3 peaches
2 steaks
1 stick of butter
3 Tsp chocolate
1 chipotle..
1 olives

Cook
Salt and pepper sprinkle.Cook steak for twenty minutes.

Then in juice
Add chocolate,chipotle,and olives..five minutes top..

Assemble
Lettuce...olives..steak..sauce..peaches

1 package frozen burger
2 Tsp chocolate
A pinch chilli powder
3 button mushrooms
1 stick butter

Pan
Butter. Then add chilli powder with mushrooms and chocolate.

 Burger.

Spinach Pasta

In the middle week we want something healthy and hearty but most importantly something easy.

1 box of penne pasta
2 cups of spinach dip
1 can of spinach
1 cup of almonds
1  cup of cherry tomatoes

We cook the pasta. Drain. Then drain the can of spinach. We add half the dip. Then we add your can spinach with tomatoes. Then finish with the rest of pasta dip and nuts.

Advacado Sandwhich

An another green option which is a little different.

8 slices of herb bread
2 avacados
8 slices of green tomatoes
1 stick of butter

So simple Sandwhich. We take avacado with a squeeze of lemon. Then we spread of bread with tomatoes. Butter the bread. Toast each side for a few minutes.

Pea Soup

Green is usually the sign of spring. A great soup is always great anytime of the day.

1 pot of green tea.
1 fresh lemon
1 can of peas

Warm up tea. Add peas. Squeeze fresh lemon.

Pineapple Cupcakes

1 box of vanilla cakes
1/3 cup coconut juice
1/4 coconut flakes
1/2 of a can of pineapple
1 container vanilla buttercream

Mix the juice with the cake mix. Then bake.

Combine pineapple,coconut flakes with vanilla buttercream..

Ice with mixture.

Ham

A ham is not much. It is just season and heated.

1 large can of pineapples.
1 small bottle of honey
1 cup of brown sugar

So...cut on an angles diagonal. Combine honey and brown sugar with about 3 Tsp of water.

Set aside.

Pour can of pineapples and heat oven 325. Then we cook 35 minutes. The pour or brush sugar mixture on ham. Then cook 15 minutes.

Tuna Salad

1 can of tuna fish
1 can of oysters
4 slices of bacon
1 cup of salad shrimp
1/4 cup of ranch
1/4 cup of pineapples.

Cook and fry bacon unti crispy.

Then drain cans. Add ranch. You can add the rest.

Devil Eggs

6 eggs
1/3 third mayo
1/4 cup pickles
1 Tsp mustard
1/4 cup chopped pineapples
Small pinch of salt and pepper..
 

Boil eggs.

Then chopped up eggs and combine the rest of the ingredients.

Take potato salad and add grapes. Then cook  eggplant 1 Tsp of olive oil

Shrimp Sub

Lighten up the stomach from all the heavy winter break and take a spring break bite.

 8 sub rolls
Half cup of mayo
2 lemons
1 Tsp of Old Bay
1/3 stock of butter

In pan. Melt Butter. Cook Shrimp for about two minutes.

Then squeeze lemon juice on shrimp.

Take mayo,old bay and season. Combine.

Spread mayo on bread. Add shrimp.

Spinach Pasta

Flu season is almost done,and to finish the season,right, nothing is wrong with little bot of spinach.

Half onion chopped
12 slices of bacon cook
1 small box of pasta
Cream sauce in jar
Squeeze of almond paste
1 bag of onion rings


Cook pasta. Drain. Add sauce. Then a squeeze of almond paste. Add onion,spinach,well drained. Cook for a few minutes. Then add the fun of onion rings from the chip Ailse.

V Day Breakfast for Dinner

Breakfast is an easy way to say I love you.

Pork chop Sandwhich..

8 slices of bread

Small boneless pork chops
1 cup vinegar
1 Tsp grill seasoning
4 slices bacon

Butter and toast bread

Soak pork chop in vinegar for twenty minutes. Then heat oven to 325. Season. Then wrap in bacon. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes. Add ranch dressing to bread and make Sandwhich.

Super Football Day

It is that wonderful time of the year. Welcome to the NFL. Super Bowl time.

Taco
Black beans cooked in ham with ham. Add salsa.

Salad
Tomato,red and green. For the green,dust in flour. Fry for a few minutes. Cut up red tomatoes about four to five. Use a container of cherry tomatoes. Add cheese. Then splash of olive oil and red wine vinegar.

Pizza
Prepared Pizza. Add taco sauce, cook the ground turkey for about twenty minutes with taco seasoning. So sauce,ground turkey cheese,peppers, diced one.

Dessert
Cheers. Chocolate milk with a small pinch of chilli powder.

Assorted candies,tortilla and cheese rounds it off.

Peanutbutter Cupcake

1 box of chocolate cake mix
2 cups Peanutbutter
1 chocolate cake icing

Add a cup peanut butter to the mix. Bake. Then add a cup to icing.

Grocery Ailse

Cabbage
Carrots
Broccoli
Spinach
Oranges
Turnips
Lentils
Meatballs
Milk
Corn Bread
Shrimp
Peanutbutter
Shrimp
Feta

Make sure you buy extra bread and freeze it.

Day One
Lentils...cook in a cup in beef broth with onion. A pinch of season salt. Cook for a hour. Add carrots that are diced,half a carrot. Squeeze of orange juice at the end.

Day Two
A can of spinach of drain. Then set aside. Chicken broth with milk with pat of butter. Add meatballs. Cook for a few minutes. A pinch of salt of pepper. Then add spinach. Crumble feta before serving.

Day Three
Cook broccoli for about ten minutes.  Shred cabbage. Shred carrots,two. Cook shrimp in butter and salt and pepper, a pinch.  A bowl for cabbage, chopped broccoli,carrots. Add shrimp. At the end, add Italien dressing.

Carrot Cupcake

1 box of chocolate cake
1 container of cream cheese frosting
1 cup of shredded carrots

Bake cake. Add carrots to frosting. Then ice.

Carrot Soup

1 bag of frozen carrot
1 bag of peas
1 large can of chicken broth
2 small diced potatoes
1 small diced onion
A pinch of thyme

Easy does it.

A pot. Heat broth. Then add onion. Simmer the broth for a minute. In the pot,the frozen vegetables. In the end,add the potatoes. Heat until potatoes are done which should take less than 25 minutes.


Carrot Sandwhich

1 cup carrot purée
2 cups of coleslaw
1/3 third cup of shredded carrots
4 slices of deli ham

Another easy recipe this week

Toast bread. Add carrots to coleslaw. Then spread carrot purée on bread. Add deli ham. Then coleslaw on top.

Mushrooms
Cauliflower
Chicken Broth
Beef Broth
Onion
Chips
Carrots
Taco shells

Day one
Half package of mushrooms,one third stick of butter
Then add one cup beef broth
Cook half a small onion
Add carrots
Cook a few minutes.
Serve in taco shell

Day Two
A cup of grits
One third cup chicken broth
Small package of cauliflower

Day Three
A cup cooked rice
One zucchini,soften and cooked in a half stick of butter
Small bag of Almonds

Cook rice.Add vegetables. Then we add almonds.
