In the middle week we want something healthy and hearty but most importantly something easy.
1 box of penne pasta
2 cups of spinach dip
1 can of spinach
1 cup of almonds
1 cup of cherry tomatoes
We cook the pasta. Drain. Then drain the can of spinach. We add half the dip. Then we add your can spinach with tomatoes. Then finish with the rest of pasta dip and nuts.
