Grocery Ailse

Grits
Oatmeal
Rice
Eggs
Mushrooms
Cauliflower
Chicken Broth
Beef Broth
Onion
Chips
Carrots
Taco shells

Day one
Half package of mushrooms,one third stick of butter
Then add one cup beef broth
Cook half a small onion
Add carrots
Cook a few minutes.
Serve in taco shell

Day Two
A cup of grits
One third cup chicken broth
Small package of cauliflower

Day Three
A cup cooked rice
One zucchini,soften and cooked in a half stick of butter
Small bag of Almonds

Cook rice.Add vegetables. Then we add almonds.
