Make sure you buy extra bread and freeze it.
Day One
Lentils...cook in a cup in beef broth with onion. A pinch of season salt. Cook for a hour. Add carrots that are diced,half a carrot. Squeeze of orange juice at the end.
Day Two
A can of spinach of drain. Then set aside. Chicken broth with milk with pat of butter. Add meatballs. Cook for a few minutes. A pinch of salt of pepper. Then add spinach. Crumble feta before serving.
Day Three
Cook broccoli for about ten minutes. Shred cabbage. Shred carrots,two. Cook shrimp in butter and salt and pepper, a pinch. A bowl for cabbage, chopped broccoli,carrots. Add shrimp. At the end, add Italien dressing.
