Burger

So turkey burger time. A turkey burger with corn and cheese mayo.

A container of turkey ground
1 Tsp of lemon pepper
1 can of corn drained
1 cup of mayo
3 Tsp of melted cheese dip

Heat pan. Mix turkey ground with lemon pepper. Make patties. Then assemble.
Mix the cheese with mayo. Bread. Cheese Mayo. Then we add patties with corn.

Breakfast for Dinner

Eggs with Fried Green tomato. Then we are off summer fun.

4 eggs
4 fried green tomatoes
Egg plant blended with olive oil and lemon juice

Simple toasted bread with egg that is scrambled with fried green tomatoes. Spread the egg plant mixture on other bread.

Container of Parm
Collard Greens
A bag of Kale
Can of Spinach
Can of Turnip
Eggs
2 Tomtatoes
1 garlic
very small bottle of olive oil
1 small onion

We are in no meat week. So, a bag of collard greens mixed with turnips with a splash of lemon juice has boil eggs on top. Spinach  with tomatoes flavored with garlic and small drizzle of olive oil is another dinner option. Toasted bread with hummus with chick peas and a onion.

Salad

Light evening salad. It is fast to put together.

2 pears diced
1 container of white cheddar cheese
1 small bag of roasted almonds
1 bag of salad

Bowl. Salad. Cheese. Pears. Then add the freshness of pears.

Soup

Fast Meal with soup and herbs...A quick  tomato sandwhich.

So....

1 large can of soup
half tsp of milk
3 mint leaves
8 lettuce leaves
4 slices of tomato
8 cherry tomtatoes
spaghetti sauce
half onion

So..you wll heat the soup. Add the milk. Then add the mint at the last minute. Drop in your cherry tomatoes in the soup.

Bread. Toast lightly. Spahgetti sauce on bread. Onion. Then tomtoes.

Cupcake

Too hot to bake. So use the box and no one will know. A quick and easy dessert. Use the mini pans and save even more time on your cupcakes.

Cupcake Mix
1 tsp of gingerale drink
2 Tsp of Sprite
half tsp of lemon extract
1 shake of white pepper
1 container of vanilla cake icing

Preheat oven. Add a shake of white pepper with gingerale drink. Then finsh your mix with the lemon extract. Bake. Add Sprite to your vanilla cake icing.

Burger

A great burger for the weekend is great for a movie and milkshake. If you can wait until the weekend.
Summer time easy, you will be out of the kitchen in no time.

1 package of ground turkey
1 Tsp of season salt
1 cup of hollandaise sauce
third cup of almonds
combine...1 tsp of honey to 2 pineapple rings from the can
2 Tsp of olive oil...

In the bowl, we combine ground turkey to season salt. We cook for 25 minutes. Then we add sauce
on bread with the crunch of almonds on the botton. Then on top...add your honey and pineapples.
Lettuce is optional.

Float...your milk shake with a pepsi or coke

Spaghetti

Less than a hour, we have a great meal.

1 box of spaghetti noddles
half of yellow pepper
half of small onion
2 cups of white sauce
1 container of ground turkey
2 Tsp of lemon pepper
half container of pineapples
A small bag shrimp salad
1 Tsp of olive oil

So we cook the pasta for five minutes. Then we pour off the water. Reserve some of it for later.
Then we brown our ground turkey. In another pan, we cook our yellow peper and onion. Then we
add the shrimps for two minutes.

In a pot, warm your white sauce. Add all your cook items to it. Then we add pineapples and season with lemon pepper.

Herb bread on the side...

Pineapple Tuna Fish

A quick lunch idea with a twist on a old classic.

1 can of tuna fish
half can of pineapples
1 tsp of lemon pepper
a squeeze of lemon juice
half of tsp of olive oil
half of a small container of ranch chip dressing

So a bowl will do. In the bowl, we have the tuna fish and olive oil. Then we add a squeeze of lemon juice. The ranch dressing is next. After ward, we season with the lemon pepper. Finally, add your pineapples.

On crackers or bread, enjoy.

Summer Ready. Eggs are great for the summer since it always easy to make from dinner to an early breakfast.  Pasta is also, great and quick for those late hot summer nights. Chicken breasts is always easy prepare and goes into many meals such as a quick chicken salad to on a the grill with a peach salsa. Seafood always says summer. It is under 20 minutes of cooking time. Ice Cream...great dessert. From corn flakes to a cool chip dip, you are covered with a great snack. Popcicles is a great and refreshing end to the day especially here in hot Georgia.

Cupcake

Easy cupcake that combines Cakes with pie.

1 box of vanilla cake mix
1 wedge of lemon pie
1 box of lemon drops candies
1 container vanilla cake icing

Bake cupcakes according to the box. With a very slow beater, combine cake icing with lemon pie filling. Ice . Then add lemon drop candies.


Noddle Rice

A bowl of a rice that is satisfying on its own. It only takes a moment. Too hot to be in the kitchen forever. This recipe is summer ready.

2 cups of cooked rice
A splash of white wine
Half cup of chicken stock
1 package of cooked ramen noddles


So we mix rice with wine,chicken stock to warm. Then add your roman noddles....without the flavor packet.

Sardine Salad

Balance is the key for a sardine salad. The strong flavor is lighten with a freshness of simple lettuce.

1 can of sardines..flour and fry a minute in oil
1 bag of romaine salad
One third cup of cherry tomatoes
One fourth cup of Italian dressing

Simple summer meal. Lettuce. Tomatoes. Dressing. Then add the crunch of the sardines.

Stuffed potato

A stuff potato is an easy meal for summer time with the touch of the sea.

4 baked potatoes
2 cups of cooked shrimp
1 cup of thin herb mash potatoes
A splash of lemon juice 


Easy assembly. Potatoes. Lemon juice, shrimp. Then the thin herb mash potatoes. 

Salsa Meatloaf

Salsa meat loaf...is refreshing for a heavy concept but great for the middle of the week.

1 jar of salsa
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 banana
1 onion
1 stick butter
1 ground beef
1 egg
1 cup of bread crumbs
A pinch of lemon pepper

Then we need a pan and foil. Stick of butter for diced yellow pepper and onion. Add to ground turkey. Then add a egg. Add bread crumbs. A pinch of lemon pepper. Make a loaf. Then bake for hr on 350. Add room temperature salsa mixed with red pepper. Then sprinkled diced banana...

A colorful and vibrant addiction to the table that stretches.

Noddles

A colorful summer bowl using a package of chicken dry noddles. Add a touch of summer with a vegetable and fruit.

1 Noddles
Half of a squash diced
One fourth of a diced peach
Half of A yellow pepper
Pinch of salt and butter
Pat of butter


Real Quick. Cook the squash in a pat of butter with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Then you should cook the noddles. Add the peaches and yellow pepper.

Fruit coleslaw


Slaw with fruit. A twist on the classic. A easy dinner today and a better lunch the next week.

1 bag of slaw
1 can of fruit cocktail
1 cole slaw starter
1 bag of honey nuts

Easy. 1 bag of slaw. Then add cole slaw starter. Drain the can. Add half of the can of mixed fruit. Nuts before you serve.

Pulled pork

A southern classic. A 4th July tradion for me and my son. Moist meat with a rich vinegar sauce. A yummy moment that make great left overs.

1 small Boston butt
1 bottle of white vinegar
1 cola
2 cups grill seasoning
BBQ sauce

Pour vinegar and soda on the meat. Then season meat. 275 degree oven covered foil. 8 hours.

Carrot Slaw


A bag of carrots. Then add lemon juice with a bit of mayo. Add the crunch of raisins.

1 bag of shredded carrots
A couple drops of lemon juice
1 cup of mayo
2 cups of raisins

A bowl. Dump in carrots. Add mayo. Then your lemon juice. Last add your raisins. A classic recipe.

Curry Fries


Make life easier. A bag fries seasoned with curry salt. Another alternative from the bake potato.

A bag of fries
Half cup of curry salt
A pan of vegetable oil

Simple operation. Fry the fries once for a second. Then fry again until done. Drain oil. Sprinkle curry salt.

Honey spice chicken

If you want something different from the 4 th, this is the recipe. Fried five spice chicken drizzled with honey and toasted sesame seeds.

2 cups of flour
2 Tsp of five spice
1 pan of oil
1/3 cup of sesame seeds
3 Tsp of honey

So heat pan of oil. Season chicken with five spice. Then cook ten to five minutes per side. Drain. Toast sesame seeds for a couple seconds.
Then drizzle with honey and sprinkle sesame seeds.
