The quick mini pie

Yes, I grew up with some houses with crisco and the ice water to make the pie. I always try to find the fast and easy as my child is running down the steps to ask for the next thing... So bread it is.... Take light bread and spray butter. Press it in a mini cupcake pan. Then add your favorite fruit like cheeries, a sprinkle of sugar, and a pinch of corn starch..bake for 25 minutes...
