One cup beef and cup of chocolate puddding....tsp of creole seasoning with a drizzle sloppy joe mix...quick and easy on a week night.

Chicken and egg

A pack of boneless chicken breast
two eggs
4 tortilla
1 can of tomato
1 pat of butter
half red and green pepper
one third of small onion
a pan of oil
2 cups of flour
1 egg for dip

So take chickn dip in flour and egg...then dip in flour. Fry this chicken. If you are on diet, this is not for you today. You can always use this step without frying you are. For me, not this week. Very little dieting. Two eggs and boil. Then dice all your peppers and onion. Cook for a few minutes in butter. Take your tortilla in the oven. Then assemble. Vegetables with chicken in strips. Egg on top.

Happy Waffles Day!

Okay, I took them out the box. Then I added half box of pudding to a third of a cup of icing, I had in the fridge. A bag of peanuts was added...Nacho cheese, you might as well keep it fun and festival was added to scrambled eggs. I had some fried chicken because I am a southerner that way. I had some fruit , pineapples but it never made the plate.

4 waffles
1 small bag of peanuts
2 eggs
a sample size of nacho chip cheese
fried chicken

Fried chicken

We start with two cups of buttermilk and a dash of hot sauce.  Four cups of flour with 2 Tsp of old bay seasoning. A pan of oil heated. Dip in buttermilk. Then flour. Fry. Use a sprinkling of herbs on top after it is done?

Cereal

plain corn flakes,milk, with a dash of parm...a pinch of nutmeg. Different but satisfying.

Salad

Scramble eggs,two in a pat of butter is the base. Cut a small tomato and onion. Use a fourth cup of lentils cooked in chilli powder. Then add your favorite cream base dressing with a touch of parm.

Dip

Butter a pat in pan with diced mushooms and onions. Add with a cup of sour cream. Chips and dip....Where is Friday?

Mushroom Pizza

Alfredo Sauce on prepared pizza dough. Then onions,mushrooms, with a few crushed almonds...Great for a rainy week which we are having here in Georgia.

Lentils Part II

Love,love lentils. Lentils...Just enough water to cover them...2 to 1, ratio. Add chilli powder, about 2 Tsp and creole seasoning. Use mushrooms, can of corn to the mix with a jar of salsa.

Where is the beef...I donot know...I did not miss it.

Spaghetti Sandwhich

Boil a box of pasta for ten minutes. Use the ease of can tomato sauce. Add a dash of hot sauce. Then cut up a small red pepper. Add a pinch of fresh or dried oregano. A small can of mushrooms is the last addition to this recipe.

Take cheese and spread on toasted bread...Add your pasta...
